JOB TITLE   : CALL  CENTRE  AGENTS

LOCATION  : PRETORIA , GAUTENG

MINIMUM  REQUIREMENTS

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification 
  • Computer literacy 
  • 2 years� administrative experience in a customer sen/ice environment 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Attention to details. 
  • Call centre experience
  • Experience in the NARYSEC Youth Programme 
  • Fluency in English and at least one indigenous language
DUTIES

  • Provide call centre services in the NARYSEC Support Services Directorate 
  • Communicate with youth on a variety of issues which includes complaints, reporting of incidents, queries and enquiries 
  • Correct logging and categorising of calls and enquiries
  • Maintain database of complaints and make referrals where necessany 
  • Attend to telephonic and written enquiries efficiently 
  • Constantly check the departmental social network sites for enquiries and compliments 
  • Update information as directed 
  • Perform routine administrative duties.
