MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


Must have a Trade (Mechanical)  Level Technical Qualification
Minimum of 5 Years Trade Test experience
Exposure to earthmoving equipment
Failure analysis and troubleshooting skills
Basic Auto Electrical knowledge
Excellent communication and managerial skills
Good computer skills
Valid drivers license
SKILLS

Ensure that equipment is used and maintained in a correct and safe manner
Preventative maintenance
Planning, organizing, leading and control activities
Spares availability control and budgeting
Train, supervise and guide personnel on trade related matters and use of equipmmnet
Perform standby duties
Ensure adherence to company policies and department procedures
Effective time management, identify and correct deficiencies and initiate improvemet
Ability to develop and maintain reports of all maintenance related activities
Ensure that the highest safety, health, environbmental and loss control standards are kept.
Demonstrate reasonable technical skills and knowledge of earthmoving equipment

PURPOSE

Advise clients on products and services, and generate sales.

JOB  REQUIREMENTS

>>Achieve net profit growth for business
>>Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards
>>Manage the migration of accounts from transactional to Self Service
>>Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedure, processing and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant sales targets
>>Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
>>Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements  
>> Achieve and Maintain a good service practices by ensuring service operation and branding process and procedures are followed in the execution of the activities listed in the Operation
>>Branding Score Card and analyses the customer's service recovery compliments and complaints recorded as per the Service Recovery Automated Complaints System. Contact customers daily
and resolve problems.
>>Plan and execute campaigns successfully and on schedule. Set standards and benchmarks for measuring successful campaign execution. Monitor costs / benefits per campaign/channel. 
>>Maintain operational accountability for all campaign execution
>>Manage own development to increase own competencies


QUALIFICATIONS

>>Grade 12 or relevant tertiary qualification
>>1 to 5 Years related experience.
>>NQF 5 Level Qualification with relevant Financial Subjects
