INTRODUCTION

Experienced receptionist needed for a Hotel to provide an efficient and professional Front Office service to guests, adhering to the company’s policies and procedures at all times. At all times keep the reception area neat and clean and ensure brochures and rates sheets and maps are on display.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Hotel School Qualification Advantage
Computer Literate
Opera/Fidelio/Galileo/Protel Advantage
2 Years Experience as Hotel Receptionist

DUTIES

Ensure that guest queries and complaints are being dealt with in an efficient, prompt and courteous manner, thus achieving guest satisfaction
Ensure that all guests are received and accommodated in an efficient and friendly manner
Ensure that all guest accounts are correct and ready on departure
Carry out all internal Control Procedures
Carry out any other duties as may be required from time to time
