JOB TITLE  : HR CO-ORDINATOR

LOCATION :ROSSLYN, GAUTENG

JOB TYPE  : PERMANENT

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support supervisor “MD” of zone strategy & employee life cycle strategy

2. Employee relations

3. Close liaison with ER  section

4. Statistical reporting

o    Absence

o    Turnover

o    Employee Actions

o    Ensuring G & D, Performance Management is handled appropriately and promptly

5. Medical / operation care liaison

6. Project/research activities

7. Manpower planning

8. Relevant HR budget control

9. Recruitment


QUALIFICATIONS &   EXPERIENCE

•PC Literate (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook,
•Competent application of PC packages
•Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
•Capable of influencing staff at all levels

5 years exp in HR Generalist or Specific HR Function

Bachelors Degree
