MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric
1 year inbound call centre experience
MS Office essential

DUTIES

Process telephonic collection calls
Answering the phone within 3 rings
First call resolution
Providing product knowledge where necessary
Process fax collections by e-mail and website collections
Liaising with on forwarders/agents
Handling of key accounts
Completion of documentation
Quotations
