Minimum Education:
 
Grade 12 or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

 
6 months experience in an administrative role, or Operational support to the Branch, or relevant exposure to the branch to the branch network processes.

Loan Application Administration


Review all loan application documentation in terms of AB policies and procedures
Assist in management of 3rd missed instalment as per set targets
Assist in sales and marketing activities, as and when required
Update daily RTO and distribute

Branch Compliance to policies and procedures
 
Conduct monthly BM self audit program
Analyse results from such audit in conjunction wiht the BM and RAC
Identigy and recommend required corrective action in conjunction with BM

Cash Handling

Perform cash process according to the bulk teller/teller policy
Perform petty cash administration and limits as per set policy
Perform teller and/or bulk teller function as and when required

Customer Experience

Maintain relationships with internal adn external clients
Create client centric culture within the branch
Maintain professional look and feel of the staff and branch
Support customer experience withing the branch
