Job Purpose:
Key Performance Areas:
- Understand the strategy of Property Finance, the Gauteng and Cape regional strategies, as well as the Learning strategy that supports them.
- Successful implementation and measurement of impact of Organizational Development and Change Management projects.
- Build strong relationships with line management and staff in the two regions, as well as with all other stakeholders (Group and Cluster stakeholders, HR and L&OD team, and SAP resource).
- In conjunction with business stakeholders and vendors, determine business requirements, identify performance gaps and the learning implications of a business need, and provide relevant value-add solutions.
- Build sound relationships with external service providers and vendors.
- Draw on SME’s in the business to assist and provide expertise with key initiatives / interventions.
- Enrol management and learner commitment to the process.
- Liaise with line managers and / or delegates to monitor whether performance has improved as a result of learning and OD interventions.
- Work with the business to ensure sound development plans in place that support succession planning, talent management and transformation agendas.
- Ensure that the delivery of learning is managed correctly (e.g. planning, scheduling and communicating).
- Ensure learning processes are delivered according to relevant timelines (e.g. Applied Academics, Exec education, Bursaries, Academy intake).
- Produce learning MIS for stakeholders in the Gauteng and Cape regions, as well as for HR/L&OD stakeholders.
- Supervise the learning administration in the Gauteng and Cape regions.

Job Related Experience:
- At least five years’ experience in a Learning and Organizational Development role.
- Facilitation skills within a business context.
- Knowledge of the business of Property Finance an advantage.
Technical Competencies:
- Spreadsheet proficiency.
- Event co-ordination skills.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Property Finance business processes and products.
- Familiarity with relevant legislative requirements (e.g. DTI, FSC, WSP, EEA, NQF).
