BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR

JOB TITLE  : BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION : PHALABORWA ,LIMPOPO

CLOSING DATE : 23 JULY 2013

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Matric / Standard 10 / Grade 12.
At least 1 years admin experience,
Previous office experience would be advantageous.


DUTIES

General administrative duties:
Planning of routes;
Release of incoming orders;
Weekly stock take releases;
Working closely with Branch Manager and staff;
Communicate with customers, filling etc.;
Telephone duty from time to time;
Required to perform the necessary filing of documents so that this data is stored in an organised manner.


COMPETENCIES

Bilingual , Afrikaans and English;
Admin experience, filing, excellent customer relationships, telephone communications
People Skills / communication;
Computer Literate, Typing, Excel, Windows;
Leadership skills.
