IT TECHNICIAN

JOB TITLE : IT TECHNICIAN

LOCATION : RIVONIA, GAUTENG

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
Valid driver’s license
Comptia A+ with CFOT, CFODS, CCNA experience
Experience in: Tracking systems and navigation, Strata data fundamentals, iBurst and data technologies, Web products and broadband devices practical, Iphone and blackberry in-depth
Knowledge of the CPA (Customer Protection Act)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment
Excellent communication skills
Contactable landline references.
