REQUIREMENTS
Position Specifications
- NQF Level 3 Matric
- Secretarial Diploma advantageous
- 3-5 years relevant reception experience within a large company environment
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office
Person Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to function well in a busy working environment
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Patience with callers
- Ability to work with numbers
Reporting to the Financial Manager, responsibilities include performing professional receptionist duties, answering the switchboard in addition to performing general administrative functions.
