REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Computer Literate
Customer Service/Call Centre training
Be willing to work shifts
Be willing to work under pressure
Be willing to be mentored

LEARNER CALL CENTRE AGENTS WILL:
Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
Provide services on time to customers.
Provide customers with brochures and information packages on products or services.
Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls.
Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions.
Manage filing, mailing, correspondence and other management tasks.
Verify billing issues and misplaced payments, rectify and manage.
Assess trends in customer calls and alert the appropriate staff.
Evaluate processes and improvise them.
Complete call logs and reports.
Send thank you letters to customers
