- A Matric Certificate
- Previous experience in a administration environment is critical
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent telephonic support skills

- Excellent approach to client service
- Sensitivity and responsibility in working with confidential information
DUTIES
- Load and update of panel members profiles i.e new clients, changes of personal details
- Provide telephonic support in respect of queries, follow up of documents.
- Administer of employment documents of panel members and filing thereof.
- Adhoc tasks
