JOB TITLE    :  ADMIN ASSISTANT

MINIMUM  REQUIREMENTS

  • A Matric Certificate
  • Previous experience in a administration environment is critical
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent telephonic support skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent approach to client service
  • Sensitivity and responsibility in working with confidential information

DUTIES

  • Load and update of panel members profiles i.e new clients, changes of personal details
  • Provide telephonic support in respect of queries, follow up of documents.
  • Administer of employment documents of panel members and filing thereof.
  • Adhoc tasks
