JOB TITLE        : JUNIOR CREDITORS CLERK

LOCATION        : MIDRAND, GAUTENG

JOB TYPE           :  PERMANENT

MINIMUM    REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Grade 12.
• Studying towards certificate or Dimploma in Accounting.
• 2 Years working experience within creditors environment.
• MS Word/Excel/Outlook at intermediate level.

DUTIES

• Control Creditors Management by ensuring supplier invoices are captured correctly and timeously
• Ensuring that the purchase orders match supplier invoices
• Proper and timely payment of creditor accounts
• Performing month end creditors reconciliation
• Ensure that filing is done and accurately and is up to date
• Ensuring the validity of purchase order accruals, all purchase orders older than 2 months need to be verified by the approver.
