 Opportunities will include responsibilities such as the following:

• Providing essential financial advice and personal financial management focus specifically on debt by conducting a full financial analysis with clients, determining their financial needs and offering the best available solution to their debt situation
• Restructuring client’s debts by negotiating with credit providers to decrease interest rates on credit agreements, and increase payment terms to ensure decreased monthly installments
• Drawing up new budgets for clients and drafting proposals of debt restructure as well as new payment terms for clients
• Maintaining and nurturing customer relationships by ensuring monthly payments are met, conducting annual debt and re-budgeting reviews as well as maintaining client retention
• We seek to employ candidates within our Financial Consulting, Negotiations, Legal and Financial Control teams

Successful candidates will be provided with all the training they require in order to be fully prepared for the position which is best suited.

Degree Requirements:

Any recognized Numerate University Degree (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Management accounting, IT, Mathematics, Science, IT, Engineering, LLB, etc.)
Salary and Benefits:
Successful candidates will join the business as Trainees for the first 3 months with a salary of R6000. Once traineeship is complete, promotion opportunities will apply. There are many additional promotion opportunities as well as incentive payments, study bursaries, social activities as well as other benefits such as company contributions to retirement and medical funds for employees who commit to the business in the longer term. Graduates are also guaranteed to learn about client service, sales, marketing, financial analysis and much more.
