A large IT Company is looking for people for on-going Learnerships.


MINIMUM   REQUIREMENTS

National Diploma in IT or equivalent

THE ROLE


The Learnership Programme is a work based learning programme that extends for a 12 month period.  The programme combines a structured learning component with practical work experience that is acquired while being employed with the company.  During the Learnership Programme, incumbents will be formally assessed in the classroom and in the workplace.   Incumbents will be paid a minimum monthly stipend and upon completion of this programme, they will have a nationally recognised IT qualification.




SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Less than 1 year working experience
South African Citizenship
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be energetic and open minded with a positive work ethic
Strong sense of self-discipline, personal accountability and sense of urgency
Attention to detail
Must be able to work in a professional and comfortable work environment where the core focus is on learning, growth, knowledge sharing, teamwork and collaboration

Preference will be given to applcants from previously disadvantaged background and people living with disabilities.
