MINIMUM  REQUIREMENTS

Matric / Grade 12
¨      Diploma in Customer Service and / or Sales

  Minimum 1 year experience as an agent / consultant in a customer service call centre with experience in Telesales inbound and outbound
¨      MS Office Skills
¨      Excellent customer service ethics
¨      Excellent conflict resolution
¨      Good verbal and written communication skills
¨      Must be a team player
¨      Ability to tolerate stress
¨      Ability to manage routine and follow up
¨      Rule appreciation and empathy
¨      Telephony system

DUTIES

Based at Sandton Head Office and reporting to the Team Leader
¨      To deliver customer service on behalf of Ellerines and to handle and resolve customer enquiries, requests and complaints.
¨      To conduct customer research via outbound telephone campaigns. To sell products via the call centre and assist with marketing campaigns.
¨      Customer service and telesales driven
¨      Handle queries received via all channels (telephone, email, fax, SMS, Branches, walk-in clients, etc)
¨      Identify the need of the client from the query and ensure all administration is updated
¨      Resolve customer queries, handle complaints and provide information required
¨      Liaise with other departments and third parties on behalf of the clients
¨      Adhere to Key Performance Areas as per Performance contract and to policy and procedure
¨      Inbound: Handle inbound calls in response to invites for products and campaign targets
¨      Explain the product terms and regulations according to a script to the client and deal with queries related thereto, confirm client’s details are correct and wrap up by updating relevant systems
¨      Outbound / Electronic Channel: Handle a call made or has been allocated to a consultant
¨      Follow the Telesales script and confirm that you are dealing with the correct intended prospective client
¨      Explain the product, terms and regulations according to a script to the prospective client and deal with any queries related thereto and close the deal
¨      Confirm prospective client details are correct and advise accordingly of outcome of application according to script and follow up stepsAttend to in bound calls
¨      Make out bound research and follow-up calls and keep accurate records
¨      Assist other agents when necessary
