REQUIREMENTS
- Registered Psychometrist BCOM / BA / Bsoc Sciences Honours in HR , Industrial Psychology or Psychology.
- Candidate in process of completion of Internship may apply
- HR Generalist exposur eor experience a definite asset
- HSPCA membership a istinct advantage
- SHL Assessment experience an added bonus
- 1 - 2 years experience is preferred
- Compile Job descriptions, Job Specs, and Job Adverts
- Identifying and liaising with preferre suppliers
- Scheduling interviews and ensure logistics are in place
- Conduct first round interviews
- Reference checks
- Schedule 2nd round interviews with senior management
- Schedule Psychometric Assessments
- Collate information and make arrangements for new starters
- All related administration and weekly status report back
- Assist with CSI innitiatives
- Assist with training processes
- Repressent the company at all marketing events, including campuses
- Administration around HR Generalist activities
