CALL CENTRE TRAINER

JOB TITLE           : CALL CENTRE  TRAINER

LOCATION          : ROODEPOORT ,GAUTENG

JOB TYPE            : PERMANENT

MINIMUM  REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • Must have a Facilitator’s qualification : Unit Standard 11787 (Facilitate learning using a variety of given methodologies)
  • Diploma in OD ETDP (highly advantageous)
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the call centre both as Agent and Supervisor - you will be predominantly responsible for training the senior call centre staff
  • Broad knowledge of call centre processes & procedures etc. to able to answer senior call centre staff questions
  • Must have 2 - 4 years training experience in products, systems, processes and / or soft skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Must be deadline driven and accurate
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of the training context, the WSP and ATR and Learnerships
  • Must be able to attend a management meeting if required and behave responsibly and with the departments needs in mind

DUTIES

  • Provide training to both senior call centre staff
  • Provide training to staff on managerial level
  • Provide training to external customers on call centre products / soft skills, thus will be required to travel
  • Design and develop outcomes-based training material and assessments
  • Customise existing training material
  • Compile weekly and monthly training reports
  • Lead the training team while my focus is on the external training
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the department such as ensuring venues are booked and set up, the department is kept presentable, conduct-1-on-1’s, ensure training material is up to standard and printed and bound when required, liaising with HR and the Managers with regards to their training request, prioritising tasks and activities of self and team etc
  • Identify training needs, complete skills matrixes
