Must have BComm in Accounting
Previoius experience in construction
Pays attention to detail

DUTIES

In charge of data entries in General Ledger and Oracle (Accounting package) monthly reports
Performance of General Ledger reconciliations in Oracle (Accounting package)
Responsible for double checking invoices and information from suppliers
Must pay attention to detail
Group Reporting
Responsible for Finance reporting
Accounts Receivable duties
Responsible fordebtors accounts: pricing queries, processing application forms, DSO
Responsible for relations with distributor (new credit applications, processing of orders for special deals after obtaining necessary authorisation)
Statutory reporting
In charge of VAT return and STC (Second Tax on Company) control and preparation
Ad-hoc duties
In charge of any adhoc queries asked by Finance Manager.
Raise purchase orders for Finance Department
