REQUIREMENTS



Matriculation working towards ETDP Qualification and or degree/diploma
·                 3 to 4 Years experience in facilitation

Relevant business degree/diploma, ETDP and SDF qualification will be an advantage      
·         2 – 5 years training related experience of which 1 – 2 years in the specialist development environment is recommended
·         Alignment of organisational skills needs (National Skills Development Strategy) by ensuring that all learning activities are correctly allocated in terms of legislative requirements.
·         Reporting and compilation of WSP, ATR, EE spend report, FSC report and any other legislative reporting
·         Management of capturing skill spend on LMS (cost, category allocation, etc)
·         Creation of BU specific learning spend and summaries reporting on a monthly basis
·         To drive efficiencies in reporting through process improvements and enhancements
·         Overseeing the payment process for all learning spend, including bursaries, conference, external training
·         Management and representation of Development and Skills Programmes, e.g. Learnerships, Graduate programmes, Management programmes
·         Management FAIS Representative process from a learning perspective, liaise with necessary compliance individuals as well as FirstRand group

DUTIES

Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through  proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
·                  Cultivate and manage objective people working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members
·                  Facilitate learning and development solutions across the training cycle (needs analysis, design, implementation, assessment) through the most appropriate method (in-classroom training, e-learning, on the job training and self-study)
·                  Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
·                  Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
·                  Manage development to increase competencies of self and team
