PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

JOB  TITLE     : PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION     : ILLOVO, JONANNESBURG

JOB TYPE       : FULL TIME

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Post Matric qualification (payroll related).
  • Payroll / HR experience of minimum 2 years.
  • SAP Payroll experience preferable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Typing of all contracts (Pharma and Dia) and collating employee pack.
  • Maintenance of CHRIS, including org structure, loading new employees, terminations and transfers.
  • Advising IT of details for network connections.
  • Roche Connect upload in CHRIS and arranging payment of forex.
  • Maintain company organogram (Pharma).
  • Open personnel files for new employees (Pharma and Dia).
  • Payroll filing, monthly (Pharma and Dia).
  • Month end payroll report collation and  distribution (Pharma and Dia).
  • Assist with submissions to medical aid and pension funds for new employees and existing members (Pharma and Dia).
  • Assist with payroll and benefit queries for both Divisions.
