REQUIREMENTS
Essential Education
•Matric
Essential Knowledge
•Basic understanding of a call centre role.
•Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, futher preference to advanced MS Excel knowledge.
•PruProtect product knowledge will be an advantage.
•Understanding of various Discovery computer systems is advantageous.
Essential Skills:
•Communication skills (verbal and written) at an intermediate
•Interpersonal skills at an intermediate level, with email etiquette.
Essential Experience:
•1 year inbound call centre is essential
•Prior experince in the PruProtect/UK market is advantageous
DUTIES
Assist financial advisors with enquiries and information pertaining to commissions
Assist financial advisors and account managers with information required regarding commissions
•Assist financial advisors with accessing electronic commissions statements.
•Assisting financial advisors and account managers with technical support regarding the InfoSlips systems.
•Confirmation of commission payments to financial advisors and account managers.
•Dealing with enquiries in the workpool within the commision workpool
