REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and OMNIX System
- Valid driver license is essential
- Excellent computer skills (MS-Office and OMNIX System)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Debtors and Creditors, especially reconciliations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Stock Control, especially reconciliations
- Minimum 1 years of experience in office administration management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in H.R. / payroll
- Ability to work independently as a self- starter and part of a team
- Provide customer service excellence and contribute to branch efficiency (Customer queries).
- Contribute to branch efficiency (Debtors, Creditors, Stock, Personnel and General Office Admin)
- Adhere to administrative procedures according to company policies and procedures and standards and objectives in order to contribute to overall branch efficiency.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Maintain Health and Safety and Housekeeping standards
- Manage self to improve personal effectiveness
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Afrikaans
