JOB  TITLE          : OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR + 25 POSITIONS

LOCATIONS         : NELSPRUIT ,MPUMALANGA

JOB TYPE             : PERMANENT

HOURS                  : MONDAY - FRIDAY

CLOSING DATE   : 19 APRIL 2013

REQUIREMENTS &  DUTIES

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate

  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and OMNIX System

  • Valid driver license is essential

  • Excellent computer skills (MS-Office and OMNIX System)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Debtors and Creditors, especially reconciliations

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Stock Control, especially reconciliations

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in office administration management

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in H.R. / payroll

  • Ability to work independently as a self- starter and part of a team

  • Provide customer service excellence and contribute to branch efficiency (Customer queries).

  • Contribute to branch efficiency (Debtors, Creditors, Stock, Personnel and General Office Admin)

  • Adhere to administrative procedures according to company policies and procedures and standards and objectives in order to contribute to overall branch efficiency.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

  • Maintain Health and Safety and Housekeeping standards

  • Manage self to improve personal effectiveness

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Afrikaans
