JOB    TITLE        : HR SERVICES INTERNSHIP

LOCATION          : JOHANNESBURG , GAUTENG

JOB TYPE            : INTERNSHIP

REQUIREMENTS

       Diploma/Degree in Business, HR or equivalent required
·         Background and/or experience in HR Shared Services or HR Administration
·         Leading projects
·         HR related policy knowledge a plus
·         Service Delivery/Customer Service
Six Sigma experience a plus


DUTIES

This position would be responsible for a range of activities from document management, performing logistical activities, query resolution and to participating in projects where required as it relates to HR Shared Services

Work with cross functional and cross business unit subject matter experts from HR Services to:
·         Research and summarize processes being applied in HR Services and how it relates to associated Corporate processes
·         Identify and improve HR Services compliance processes to prepare for the CBS Africa HR Services Quarterly Compliance Reviews
·         Assist with the root cause analysis of escalated queries as well as assist with keeping stakeholders informed of the progress made
·         Assist in tactical development through the creation of support solutions customized for the continent of Africa

·         Escalated queries on Leave, Files etc
·         Excellence Processes and Procedures
·         Support the documentation of current processes in terms of Payroll and Benefits
·         Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify opportunities to further enhance service lines/ processes and identify any grey areas that cause a failure in service delivery
