DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Give a description of the type of work the person will become involved
with and who they will report to] • Open new personnel files and keep
all files up to date • Update personal detail schedule of all compulsory
documentation • Archive old personnel files • Input leave on VIP, and
reconcile leave between VIP and Proman, handle leave queries • Ensure
bursary payments are made and spread sheet is updated • Ensure schooling
assistance payments are made and spread sheet is updated • Compile
birthday lists and distribute to all SBU’s • File timesheets for the
Payroll Administrator • General administrative duties • Assist HR
