MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant
- Excellent telephone skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Customer service skills, principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional personal presentation
- Attention to detail and ability to plan effectively
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professionally and efficiently answer incoming telephone calls following proper business phone etiquette and policies
- Exhibit a professional customer service attitude that portrays a positive impression of the company at all times
- Provide information to callers as required
- Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Read, write and communicate fluently in English and have proper grammatical speech
- Ensures knowledge of staff whereabouts
- General administrative and clerical support
- Reports to work regularly and punctually
- Other administrative duties as may be required from time to time
