INTRODUCTION

A Reputable Furniture company based on the Johannesburg has a vacant position available for a general administation clerk.


MINIMUM  REQUIREMENTS

Matric certificate
Furniture Experience would be strong advanatage
Computer literate: Microsoft – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
Knowledge of ACCPAC financial systems will be a strong advantage
Must be able to communictae on all levels with Management and Staff
Reliable Transport

DUTIES

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Assist with internal control checks as req
Request general admin, report weekly eg. Profiit Estimate
Assist with debtors and creditors when necessary
Prepare Recons on a monthly basis
Assist in the monthly bank recons
Assist with data capturing for various departments
Reconcile Petty Cash
Assist with order processing and liaise with costumers

The ideal person we are looking for should be a multi tasker and highly customer orientated and professional.
