Receptionist ( DELMAS )

INTRODUCTION

Based in Delmas, this position is responsible for portraying a professional and positive image of Sephaku when dealing with internal and external customers through telephonic, written or in person interactions at the reception area as well as rendering a general office administration service in the main administration building.


Requirements: 
  • Secretarial certificate;
  • Grade 12 with English higher grade;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Previous switchboard and receptionist experience is an advantage
 Competencies: 
  • Effective team working skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high level of organizing skills;
  • Diplomacy and sensitivity when working with clients
  •  High level of integrity, dependability and professional standards
  • Able to converse in English and a second language;
  • Basic administration and filing skills including stationery stock control;
  • Telephone skills;
  • Customer Service Skills;
  • Ability to deal with  people;
  •  Computer literate on MS Office applications.
