INTRODUCTION
Based in Delmas, this position is responsible for portraying a professional and positive image of Sephaku when dealing with internal and external customers through telephonic, written or in person interactions at the reception area as well as rendering a general office administration service in the main administration building.
Requirements:
- Secretarial certificate;
- Grade 12 with English higher grade;
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Previous switchboard and receptionist experience is an advantage
- Effective team working skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A high level of organizing skills;
- Diplomacy and sensitivity when working with clients
- High level of integrity, dependability and professional standards
- Able to converse in English and a second language;
- Basic administration and filing skills including stationery stock control;
- Telephone skills;
- Customer Service Skills;
- Ability to deal with people;
- Computer literate on MS Office applications.
