JOB TYPE : PERMANENT

JOB PURPOSE

Our company seeks to attract and highly professional and experienced candidate who will provide a full generalist HR function to the relevant business unit(s), including recruitment, performance management, training and development, IR and general HR administration and reporting. The role may also require managing an HR Assistant


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant HR-related degree / diploma

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

2+ years generalist HR experience, preferably in retail / FMCG

KEY OUTPUTS

Effective recruitment, selection and on-boarding

Effective co-ordination of the performance management system

Effective training and development within the business unit(s)

Effective handling of all poor performance and IR-related matters

Effective administration, data management and reporting

Effective people management (if required in role)

Effective teamwork and self-management
