JOB PURPOSE :
To provide client service while
acquiring sales via leads from various channels. To reduce risk through
adhering to internal process.
KEY PERFORMANCE :
Acquire New Clients:
• Transfer leads into sales
• Make contact with prospective clients according to data provided (cold call selling).
• Receive and action inbounds sales calls from clients, internet channel and internal clients (TIP only).
• Educate and navigate clients in order to build and maintain intimate
relationships with clients to ensure financial needs of the clients .are
met achieve and maintain sale targets.
• Identify cross sell opportunities and process leads accordingly.
Adhere to:
• Product process requirements - accurate capturing.
• Compliance requirements.
• Provide ongoing feedback for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Deliver consistent client experience through quality conversations.
Maintain balance between quality and quantity (productivity).
• Maintain desk SLA through adherence to schedules and work plan.
• Effective queue management.
• Continuous improvement/self development on product and processes.
• Ensure accurate completion of campaign surveys (Card).
• Achievement of set objectives and targets.
• Ensure case is captured accurately and timeously.
• Ensure that you meet the requirements of the Ask Once Promise.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIOS
Grade 12 or appropriate National
Certificate or Diploma at NQF Level 4.
Minimum of an appropriate NQF
level skills programme at Level 2 /4. 12 credits / 30 consisting of core
unit standards registered by SAQA and quality assured by BANKSETA ETQA
