Warehouse Team Leader ( TZANEEN )

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Lead and facilitate shift team with sound leadership application and people development
• Attend to shift administration and documentation

• Ensure that SAP information is live
• Manage and optimize warehouse performance through professional stock control, forklift operation and KPI’s
• Interact with Distribution and Central Planning to ensure integrated service
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping in the Warehouse
• Ensure adequate stock rotation as per TCCQS

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


Matric
• Relevant Warehouse/Logistics qualification would be advantageous
• Must be fully computer literate (MS Office)
• Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
• Must be service and results orientated
• Forklift License would be an advantage
• Must be able to work shifts
• At least 3 years Operations / Warehouse experience
