INTRODUCTION
A BMW dealership in Bruma, is recruiting for a Technician who will
ensure that the preparation, servicing and repairs of all vehicles
within workshop are done. The successful candidate will also be
responsible for leading and mentoring Apprentices within the workshop.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
A Technical qualification
Qualified Technician, with a minimum of 2 years BMW - specific experience
Driver's licence
Computer literacy in Office Suite
JOB SPECIFICATION
Responsible for vehicle diagnoses (engine electrical DME)
Responsible for vehicle diagnoses (fuel systems, diesel fuel systems, automatic transmissions )
Responsible for vehicle diagnoses (steering and brakes)
Ensure all job cards are updated accurately
Responsible for technical / non technical assistance to workshop staff
Attend general departmental meeting and maintain good housekeeping
Attend BMW SA qualified technical training
