Job description:

Accurately input required data onto systems
Prepare reports as required
Scrutinize for integrity of data, highlight problems to the Site Administrator
Do data inputs with daily back up
Participate in required meetings
Daily Filing of all documents

Co-ordinate all training bookings
Keeping all training records up to date
Accurately complete role administration requirements
Drive for process improvement
Ensure continuous improvement takes place

Experience requirements:

Computer skills - MS Office Software
Interpersonal skills
Be able to complete reports to required standards
Effective two way communications skills with team members
Valid drivers licence

Personality requirements:
 
Be presentable to clients in grooming and dress code
