Executive Secretary - Finance ( EKURHULENI, GAUTENG )

Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Secretary Diploma
  • Computer Literacy & communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
  • Attend to incoming calls, forward calls to the Director and take messages
  • Manage the Director's diary and arrange meetings and appointments
  • Arrange reservations, travelling and subsistence for the Director
  • Type agendas, minutes , reports and proof read documents and arrange refreshments when necessary
  • Type letters, documents, schedules and policies for the department
  • Do follow ups to ensure that correspondence is being processed as per Director's instructions
  • Perform general office administration functions
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as and when required
