Transnet SOC Limited is a focused freight transport  company delivering integrated, efficient, safe,  reliable and cost-effective services to promote  economic growth in South Africa. 

Transnet's core divisions are: Transnet Freight  Rail, Transnet Engineering, Transnet Pipelines,  Transnet Port Terminals, Transnet National Ports Authority, and special units (Transnet Capital  Projects and Transnet Property). 

As part of our human capital development strategy,  we are offering bursaries to B.Eng or B.Sc. Engineering students. This aligns to address  Transnet's skills needs in support of the Transnet  market demand strategy. 

Grade 12 learners (SA citizens) with outstanding  achievements, minimum five symbol in Mathematics and Physical Science are encouraged to apply for one  of our comprehensive bursaries in the following  disciplines:
